Welcome to the 2010 Campaign! I have enjoyed serving Dona Ana County over the past four years and ask your support to continue the initiatives that I have started. In addition to the Commission service, I am proudest of my active service on many committees. These joint efforts with other governmental entities are where we have achieved the most progress during my tenure. These include the Solid Waste Authority, South Central Council of Governments, Metropolitan Planning Organization, Internal Audit Committee, Camino Real Regional Utility Authority, and Chairman of the Extraterritorial Zoning Authority.
